Michael Buyanin – Rancho Bernardo

Okay, this review is so way over-due!  I simply cannot say enough good things about Jim and Kim. We had a new air conditioner installed and the duct-work had to span across our entire living room.  I really did not want to cut open the entire ceiling and, after talking with EIGHT other contractors who said that was the only option, Jim was the only one who said with a smile “I can do it!”  And he did.  The air conditioning works great and he did a super fantastic job. He was prompt, quick and very tidy.  And Kim has been an absolute pleasure to work with.  They are prompt, reasonable, fair and ALWAYS willing to consult and provide guidance if you need an opinion about remodeling or reworking your existing system.  We had this AC unit installed three years ago by Air Plus, and they have been back to provide routine service.  I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys…especially after talking to eight other businesses that weren’t as familiar with tricky installation and San Diego building code issues.  Thank you Jim and Kim!
