I had my furnace go out just before Thanksgiving and thankfully found AirPlus! Kim was very helpful and Jim came out the same day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service. Jim was brilliant in his assessment and diagnosis. He gave me options and his recommendations. I never felt pressured and was very appreciative of the time he spent explaining everything to me. It was an old original furnace and did need replacement. Jim installed very quickly, professionally and cleanly. It’s been a few months and I am so happy and toasty warm!
